Our website is an intermediary and we do not participate in renting motorbikes or managing the quality of services provided by the Owner. We are not responsible for the quality of service, the technical condition of the motorbike, or any disputes that may arise between the Lessee and the Owner.

User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, the Lessee and the Owner both understand and agree that we are not a part of the motorbike rental process. We do not check, confirm or certify the accuracy of the information provided by the Lessee or Owner on the website. All the transactions and the activities between the Lessee and the Owner are their responsibility and are entirely based on their personal status.

Accident Liability:

In case of an accident or incident related to the use of a motorbike, you must comply with the regulations and take necessary measures, including reporting immediately to the authorities and the Owner if necessary.

Responsibilities of the Motorbike Owner

Accuracy of Motorbike Information and Rental Conditions

Motorbike Information:

The motorbike Owners are responsible for providing accurate, detailed and no cheating information about the motorbikes that are registered for rental on the website. This includes license plates, brand, model, year of manufacture, technical status, and any other details related to the condition and performance of the motorbikes.

Rental Conditions:

The owner must clearly describe the rental conditions, including the rental price, rental period, deposit (if any), and any special conditions that the Lessee needs to follow during the use of the motorbike.

Maintenance, Safety and Compliance with Traffic Regulations

5.2.1. Maintenance of Motorbikes: 

The motorbike Owners must regularly maintain and keep the motorbike in the best condition, ensuring that all systems, parts and components operate efficiently and safely.

5.2.2. Traffic Safety: 

The motorbike Owner must ensure that the motorbike is fully equipped with safety equipment including lights, brakes, signal lights and any other safety accessories as prescribed by the traffic management agency.

5.2.3. Compliance with Traffic Regulations: 

The motorbike Owner must comply with all regulations and laws of the traffic management agency related to the control and operation of motorbikes, including speed, signal lights, and traffic signs.

5.2.4. Motorbike Insurance: 

The motorbike Owner should purchase legitimate motorbike insurance to protect both the renter and the motorbike in case of an accident or breakdown.

5.2.5. Notice of Motorbike Condition: 

Before delivering the motorbike to the Lessee, the motorbike Owner must notify of any technical condition or problem that may affect the safe use of the motorbike.

Fees and Payments

Motorbike Rental Fees and Other Charges

6.1.1. Fee Agreement: 

The rental fees and any other fees related to the rental of a motorbike will be agreed upon and clearly displayed on the website during the course of your rental transaction.
